Bichu S. Nair is a distinguished academician and researcher with over 9 years of teaching experience and 7 years of industry expertise in marketing and training. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in Management at Mahatma Gandhi University. Bichu has won several awards, including the Mahatma Gandhi University’s Best National Service Program Officer Special Appreciation Award (2021-22) and the Best Electoral Literacy Club District Coordinator Award from the Honorable Ernakulam District Collector in 2025. He also won four Best Paper Awards in various international and National level conferences organized by different institutions. Additionally, he received a Certificate of Appreciation from Mahatma Gandhi University for successfully coordinating the Jaivam program. He has published a Malayalam literature book, “Nishabdathayude Nizhal,” and delivered over 45 invited lectures on topics such as social science research, intellectual property rights, corporate social responsibility, agriculture, and literature. Bichu is an active member of the National Service Scheme and has been involved in various social services, including the construction of 2 houses for those in need and organised over 500 socially committed programs for poor people. He has also successfully coordinated sveep activities in Kottayam district, earning certificates of appreciation from ex-District Collectors Anjana IAS and PK Jayasree IAS. His impressive background showcases his commitment to education, research, community service, and social responsibility.
